Arawaya was born from a deep listening — to ancestral memory, to the wisdom carried in Puerto Rican and Taíno traditions, and to the quiet voice within every woman who has felt herself standing at the threshold of a new life.
Founded by Stephanie, a bilingual healer, designer, guide and Usui Reiki Level II practitioner, Arawaya creates intentional containers for women ready to shed old identities and step into their fullest becoming.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese practice of channeling universal life energy through light, intentional touch — or with the hands held just above the body — to invite deep rest, release and balance.
The system known as Usui Reiki Ryōhō was developed in Japan in the early 1920s by Mikao Usui, and has been passed from teacher to student ever since. In a session you rest fully clothed while I move through a sequence of hand positions, weaving in singing bowls, chimes and voice. Many people feel warmth, tingling, waves of calm, or simply the deepest rest they've had in a long time.

The Initiation
A lineage passed hand to hand
Reiki is learned through attunement — an initiation in which a Reiki Master opens the student's energy channel, followed by training and practice. There are three traditional levels.
Level I
Shoden · First Degree
The first attunement. Reiki for oneself and hands-on practice with others.
Level II
Okuden · Second Degree
A deeper attunement and the sacred symbols used to strengthen the practice, support emotional and mental healing, and send Reiki across distance. This is my initiation, which is why I offer both in-person and distance sessions.
Master
Shinpiden · Teacher
The teaching level, carrying the ability to attune and initiate others into the practice.
Reiki and sound healing are complementary practices for relaxation and well-being. They do not diagnose, treat or replace medical or mental-health care.
